      Pursuant to the Act of Parliament 22nd and 23rd Victoria, cap. 35, intituled "An Act to further amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees."
      NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and all other persons having claims or demands upon or against the estate of Albert Pinson, late of Exeter, in the county of Devon, a Colonel and Honorary Major-General on the Retired List of Her Majesty's Indian Army, Madras Presidency, deceased (who died on the 14th day of November, 1865, and whose will, together with a codicil thereto, was, on the 29th day of November, 1865, proved in the District Registry of Her Majesty's Court of Probate at Exeter, by Lieutenant-Colonel Arthur More Molyneux, of Bedford, in the county of Bedford, William Barrett, of Morton House, North Curry, near Taunton, in the county of Somerset, Esq., and William Barrett, of North Curry aforesaid, a Captain in the Somersetshire Militia, the executors named in the said will), are hereby required to send in particulars, in writing, of such claims or demands to us, the undersigned, on or before the 1st day of August next, after which day the said executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said testator amongst the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the debts, claims, or demands of which they shall then have had notice; and will not be liable for such assets, or any part thereof, so distributed to any person or persons of whose debts, claims, or demands they shall not then have had notice.
      —Dated this 6th day of June, 1866.
